These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pokeno Party, operated by Triple Threat Technologies, LLC. By creating an account, accessing the service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Pokeno Party.

These Terms govern Pokeno Party accounts, online services, multiplayer features, subscriptions, virtual items, and related services. Your license to use the iOS application is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA regarding your license to the iOS application, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

You must meet the minimum legal age required to use the service in your location. You are responsible for information submitted through your account, maintaining account security, and all activity performed through it. Do not share, sell, transfer, or create accounts to evade restrictions. We may require authentication or other reasonable verification.

Pokeno Party includes Classic and multiplayer gameplay, public and private rooms, matchmaking, official bots, challenges, leaderboards, themes, reactions, power-ups, and promotional features. Availability and rules may change. Network conditions, device state, maintenance, player departures, or service errors may interrupt a game. We do not guarantee matchmaking times, uninterrupted play, particular opponents, rewards, rankings, or preservation of every unfinished room.

You must follow the Community Guidelines. Cheating, collusion, unauthorized automation, exploitation, harassment, manipulation of purchases or rewards, and attempts to interfere with the service are prohibited. Leaving an active multiplayer match may be recorded as a loss or forfeit. We may investigate activity and correct game state, rankings, balances, rewards, or entitlements affected by an error or abuse.

Points, gems, power-ups, themes, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed for personal use within Pokeno Party. They are not money, property, stored value, or transferable currency; have no cash value; and cannot be redeemed outside the service. We may adjust balances to correct errors, refunds, duplicate awards, fraud, or violations. Except where required by law, unused virtual items are not refundable or transferable if an account is closed.

Purchases are offered and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, payment methods, refunds, and billing are governed by the applicable store and displayed purchase terms. Consumable items may be fulfilled once per verified transaction. Durable purchases may be restored only to an eligible account after verification. Purchases linked to one account may not be transferable to another account.

Pokeno VIP is a subscription that provides the benefits described in the app while active. Subscription periods, prices, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled through your Apple or Google account settings before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically and your store account may be charged. Deleting Pokeno Party or your Pokeno Party account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Benefits end when the verified subscription expires, is refunded, or is revoked.

The service may display advertisements between or during eligible experiences. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the displayed reward only after successful verification. Cooldowns, daily limits, availability, and reward amounts may change. Promotional campaigns, themes, and offers may be time limited, account limited, platform specific, or subject to additional terms.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts; remove access to features; reverse improper rewards; or exclude activity from rankings when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, address fraud, or comply with law. You may permanently delete your account through the in-app settings or, if you cannot access the app, through our public account deletion request page. Account deletion removes the active account and associated service data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to limited retention for purchase verification, refunds, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Deleting the app or your Pokeno Party account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms, will survive.

Pokeno Party, including its software, designs, artwork, branding, text, audio, game systems, and other content, is owned by Triple Threat Technologies, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pokeno Party is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pokeno Party is an entertainment game and does not offer real-money gambling or guarantee that any feature will always be available or error free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Threat Technologies, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual items, or access arising from the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us through the service during the twelve months before the claim or US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

We may update the service and these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material changes will not apply retroactively where prohibited.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law of the state in which Triple Threat Technologies, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise. Questions may be submitted through the in-app support channel.
